Pay: Up to £27,000 plus company performance bonus

The job: Overseeing all group tours allocated to you. From initial enquiry to final day of the tour. You will be booking hotel and coach services, booking restaurants, theater and attractions throughout the UK, planning the routes the group will take and ensuring locations requested by the client are included. You will be negotiating with suppliers to ensure tours are kept within budget. Managing client and supplier relationships and ensuring the tours stand out from your competitors.
The right person for the job: You will have a good knowledge of the UK from a geographical point of view. Experience working within a tour operator or for a group organiser will go a long way. You must work well under pressure and be able to juggle a number of projects at a time and sometime to tight deadlines. Working within a team and having a tourism, travel or corporate travel background will be of interest to our client. If you have a background within administration, reservations or sales outside of the travel and tourism industry will also be considered for the right person.
