Do you have 2-3 years experience within FIT operations and reservations?

This Reservations Supervisor role is a great opportunity to take on more responsibility as a team leader, leading by example and still operating travel arrangements, whilst developing a team of 3 travel coordinators.

The role:

As Reservations Supervisor you will provide an additional source of authority & leadership when required to the rest of the FIT Reservations team.

Quote and manage booking requirements

Oversee travel arrangements and liaise with suppliers, such as: hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Support and Manage any difficult bookings or last minute amendments that may require assurance from the booking coordinators

Work closely with the Operations Director and Finance team

This role also supports the Director of FIT Sales & Operations & Senior Management in the implementation of any existing or new strategy that impacts on the team.

Skills required:

You must have at least 2-3 years travel operations experience

Understand the FIT tailor-made travel industry

Ideally have experience within a supervisor role or have experience leading a small team within a reservations or travel operation environment.

Tourplan trained would be an advantage

This is a full time office based role. After 6 months service, there is the opportunity for hybrid working of 2 days a week at home working.
