We are seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join the team. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The role will involve:

Offering a high level of customer service to the clients from beginning to end, dealing with initial inquiries to working to sometimes tight deadlines, collating bespoke and detailed itineraries that exactly match the client’s needs.

You will maximize revenues by seeking to convert all inquiries and following up accordingly with clients once they have confirmed.

Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers where contracts are not held or with a view to renegotiating ad hoc with contracted suppliers for particular pieces of business as necessary.

Liaise with suppliers to check availability and ultimately book and confirm all aspects of travel.

Booking all services required, from Hotels to Restaurants, to sight seeing to attractions offering total commitment and a real motivation at all times.

Liaise with contracts team, sales team and finance team when required.

You will be creating luxury tours for Individuals and small groups travelling throughout the UK.

We are looking for someone who has:

A ‘get the job done’ attitude

Can work as part of a team and alone

Have worked for at least 1 year in a UK inbound incoming tour operator
