As Group Travel Coordinator you will be taking on the following duties:
Booking group travel requests
Liaising with local suppliers such as hotels, restaurants and coach companies
Sending out quotes and securing bookings
System management – you will upload all details in to the company system and amending and updating when required
You will manage payments and ensure the finance team are up to to date with all financial needs.
Skills required for this role:
At least 1 years experience within the travel or tourism sector in an administrative position (you may work within a hotel reception team, at a reservation desk within a restaurant, a customer facing travel agent or and event administration role )
Strong work ethic
Strong administration skills
A keen outlook on working and ambition to grow
A team player
You must be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
This is a full time office based role in central London. After 6 months of full time work there is the option of hybrid working (2 days at home).
