The role:

To contract hotel product in Scotland and other UK cities, ensuring best rates for FIT and Group sector. You will build and manage relationships and grow your network of hotel suppliers, ensure allocation is managed and monitor availability. You will attend trade shows, networking events and hotel visits to ensure relationship development is constant and keep up to date with new products and trends.

You will create and produce product reports, help solve issues when they are arise and deal with any escalated complaints if they come in to the customer service team.

This role requires you to be on the road at least 10 weeks of the year.

Skills required:

At least 5 years contracting experience in the UK hotel market

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent attention to detail

You must be able to drive and hold a full clean UK driving license
