Do you have a group travel operations or reservations background?

Have you worked in Educational Travel or inbound travel operations?

Have you managed bed allocations, staff rota’s and created travel itinteries?

If you have answered yes to some of these, then you maybe interested in this Operations Manager position.

This role will be working within the operations team for a leading language study business. The role is managing and allocated bed space, course logistics, ensuring campus staff are updated in all areas, students have all information needed for the week or summer study courses.

You must have the following skills:

Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Work well in a team

Be able to multi-task

Be adaptable and change direction at a fast paced

Understand creating tours, itineraries and courses – be very logistic driven
