On behalf of our Destination Management Client based in Edinburgh we are helping recruit a new member of their growing team.
A Contracts Coordinator to join the contracting and tourism product team. You will be ensuring the internal systems are updated with relevant contact rates, ensure details of each product is clear and correct, manage contracts and ensure all files are stored in the systems correctly and accessibly.
You will be speaking with hotels and other tourism partners to maintain good relationships and make amendments and updates to internal systems when required. You will support the contracts managers and reservations team and be the fountain of all contracting knowledge in the back office. You will also get the opportunity to meet partners on hotel show rounds, familiarization trips and travel events and may even get the opportunity to test out what they have to offer with staff dinners and taster evenings every now and then!
The right person:
You will have an interest in travel and tourism and may already have studied in the field or work within the industry, perhaps you are a host at a restaurant managing reservations, taking bookings, ensuring online diary management is overseen, you may work on a hotel reception desk, checking clients in, managing rooming lists and inventory or you may already have an admin role in a tour operator or tourism attraction that has given you experience in data-entry, ensuring online details are correct and updated and have supported the office with admin duties.

This role is full time office based for the first 6 months, then offered hybrid working options of 2 days home working and 3 days in the office.
