This role is working within the contracting team of a highly respected Tour Operator with offices in London and Edinburgh.
What you will be doing:
As Contracts Coordinator you will be working within the procurement team dealing with Ground Services, such as: Coach and Transport partners , Tourism Attractions, Restaurants, Tour Guides and other such tourism related services outside of accomodation requirements. You will be managing all data input on to the internal systems, ensuring contracts have correct dates, rates and other details correctly detailed. You will maintain and update contracts when they are coming to the end of their terms, you will work closely with contracts teams and support them with all administration requirements.
Your skill set:
You must have strong attention to detail, strong data input experience, you must enjoy ensuring accuracy system management data in-put.
For you to be considered for this role your may have already worked in a Tourism related role, such as working for an attraction and hotel, train line, airline or customer service facing role that include administration skills. As contracts coordinator you will support both the Groups and FIT Travel teams.
This role is fully office based for the first 6 months, with offices in central Edinburgh after this you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid model of 2 days at home, 3 from the office.
