Group Travel Executive – French speaker £27,000

We are delighted to be working with a leading language school and student tour operator business who are looking to grow their French speaking sales and operations team.
As a Group Travel Executive you will when the business and then operate and source group travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, language studies, excursions and all ground-handling services.
The role:
This is an overall account management role, building relationships within the French market. Your main responsibilities will be a Group Travel Executive:
Maintain and enhance allocated key agent relationships across the assigned customer/agent database
Offer support and excellent customer service for sales and administration to your assigned client
Operate tours and excursions throughout the UK
Deliver sales quotations using agreed rates to meet customer travel requirements and company target margin and revenue.
Ensure all group travel options are allocated to a Local Accommodation Organisers or providers
Manage the group operations and logistics for each group including all ground handling and booking requirements.
The right person:
- Fluent written and spoken French is a must
- Previous experience in sales , account management or operations preferably in tourism (desirable)
- Experience in a travel operations administrative role (essential)
This role would suit someone who has a good geographical knowledge of the UK, has at least 1 years experience within the travel industry and is looking for a busy and challenging role in the Student Travel industry.
