Trade Sales Executive – £30,000 – £32,000

London – full time office based

Vamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading tourism business who are based in the heart of London. They are looking for a Trade Sales Executive to help grow their sales, develop trade relationships and manage the existing clients.

The Role:

Developing strategic partnerships with new clients and maintain relationships with current ones.
Work with UK based and oversea’s partners, online, B2B and B2C. And pro-actively building strong relations with travel agents and tour operators.

You will support the Commercial Director with ad hoc duties as required and work closely with marketing and actively support writing campaigns, adverts and pitches. Research and identify new niches, websites and trends to integrate into marketing campaigns and review stats and booking patterns to ensure sales are at optimum selling.

Organise and attend travel trade meetings, events and exhibitions on behalf of the company .

Skills for the role:

Experience within the UK travel industry: at least 1 year.

You may be working within a Tour Operator, a DMC or Tourism Attraction looking to move to a sales role.

In general you must have:

Excellent customer service skills.
Proven ability in copy writing for marketing purposes.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills, particularly for a sales audience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
