Bespoke Travel Consultant – £30,000
Vamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading UK and European DMC. The company are well respected within the UK inbound travel industry and in addition they are award winning within the industry.
They take pride in creating bespoke and luxury travel for high end clients and are therefore looking for someone who has created bespoke tours for small groups, individuals (FIT) or high net worth clients who can hit the ground running.
We are looking for someone with experience in creating Tailor-Made Tours. With a strong understanding of the UK, Ireland and France as a destination.
The role:
- Create bespoke tours throughout the UK, Ireland and France
- Manage all booking requirements: Transferr’s, hotels, restaurants, attractions, tours.
- Manage client and supplier relationships
- Adhere to all business policy from client success to payment scheduling
- Work as part of a team and support ad hoc request from your line manager
- Take turns to manage the emergency phone rota (approx 5 times a year)
- Contract new suppliers at last minute
- Work under pressure to tight deadline
- Maintain a professional working attitude at all times
- Join company FAM trips when required to hep grow product knowledge
The person:
You must have at least 1 years travel booking experience. You may have held a job title of Reservations Executive, Bookings Advisor, Operations Executive, Luxury Travel Consultant or Luxury Travel Executive in a previous role.
This role offers hybrid working, from London or Edinburgh, with your probationary period in the office 3 days a week, then 1 day a week after probation. You must therefore be commutable to London or Edinburgh City Centre.
