We are delighted to be working with an award winning Tour Operator and leading DMC based in London, looking for a dedicated FIT operations specialist.

Our client is looking for a experienced travel operator who has experience in FIT travel, individual travellers and small group travel arrangements

What you will be doing as Senior FIT Operations Consultant:

Quoting and booking travel requests

Managing B2B online requests

Managing rates and taffis are correct at all times

Overseeing any complaints and customer service

Leading the FIT bookings team by example

Covering emergency phone on a rota basis.

As a Senior Consultant you set the standard for other consultants to follow.

What experience is required for this Senior FIT Operations Consultant role:

At least 1 years experience in an FIT operations position or B2B ticketing / online sales DMC

A keen interest in Travel and Tourism

Strong attention to detail

Strong administration and tour operating experience

Team player
